Privacy Policy

1)      The administrator of your personal data is NC Koperty Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gołdap, ul. Konstytucji 3-go Maja 2
19-500 Gołdap, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000036874, NIP 8470000562, REGON 790504674, e-mail address: nckoperty@nckoperty.com.pl hereinafter referred to as the Administrator or NC Koperty;

2)      The Administrator conducts operations to process your personal data only in accordance with the law and does not use your personal data for purposes other than those about which you have been informed;

3)      Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

·         fulfilling the order placed by you (concluding and performing the contract) on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR – and stored for the period and to the extent required by law;

·         documenting the service/sale performed in connection with the obligations arising from the provisions of the Accounting Act and tax law based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) GDPR – and stored for the period and to the extent required by law;

·         any determination, pursuit or defense against claims, which activities are a legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR – and stored for the period and to the extent required by law;

·         direct marketing of own products, which activities are a legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR – and stored for the duration of the contract;

·         marketing of own products after the end of the contract, in connection with the consent granted to the processing of personal data based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) GDPR – and stored until the consent granted is withdrawn;

·         conduct training, campaigns, competitions of a promotional and advertising nature, regulated by regulations based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) GDPR – and stored for the period and to the extent required by law;

4) As subjects of personal data, you have the right to:

·         request the Administrator to provide access to your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing,

·         file an objection to such processing,

·         transfer data,

·         file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw),

·         withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

5)      Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;

6)      The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization;

7)      Providing personal data in connection with the concluded contract/services provided on its basis is voluntary, however, without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract/provide services.
